 Why Buy a Granite Jacket– Club jackets promote club spirit and provide an identity when playing out of club. This jacket is designed and made by curlers for curlers and is customized for the club and for you. Fabric is appropriate for curling as polar fleece is now discouraged.
Where and When – Fitting and ordering available in the Granite Curling Club Games Room (lower level) on registration evening. There will be a range of sizes available from XS to XXL (unisex sizing). Further fitting and ordering opportunities arranged through Granite manager until mid-October.
Style- Victorystyle with colors customized for the Granite Curling Club. Unisex style with raglan sleeves and a full-colour Granite crest embroidered on front. Breathable outer shell (75% polyester and 25% cotton). Mesh lining and lower edge drawstring. Durable and washable.

Training for new Automated External Defibrillator (AED) unit that is being installed at the club will be held September 14th from 7pm – 10pm and September 17th from 9am – 12pm. Please register for the classes on registration night September 8th or call the office. Cost is $20.00.
We are hoping for a broad representation from all the leagues at the training sessions. |

The Granite is pleased to announce the creation a NEW OPEN DRAW LEAGUE FOR THE 2010-2011 SEASON ON SATURDAY EVENINGS FROM 8P.M. - 10 P.M.
The Open Draw league is open to any combination of adult curlers of any age, gender and skill level. We are looking for a wide range of players, from beginners to experienced, with the emphasis on having a fun, social league.
The draw runs 6 to 8 teams drawn from 24 to 32 individuals. Teams will be re-made 2-3 times a year assuring you will get to play with many different people. A meeting after fall registration, but before the beginning of the season may be held to discuss league “extras”.
